Redwood Experience: Meeting Link Visibility Based on Registration Status

The visibility of event locations and meeting links for virtual events is now based on a candidate's registration status. Candidates with a status of Pending or Withdrawn registration won't see meeting links on their candidate self-service page. 

Business benefit: This enhancement ensures that ensuring sensitive event details remains confidential until a user's registration is approved. 

Steps to enable and configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips and considerations

• Meeting links remain hidden on candidate self-service pages until registration status is registered or attended, preventing premature access to event details.
• Candidates who withdraw their registration no longer see meeting links, ensuring the event information is restricted.
• This visibility control applies across all supported devices, including mobile phones, tablets, Windows, and Mac OS.
• Meeting links for events marked completed or canceled may still be visible to candidates with registered status, as this feature doesn't affect those event states.
• Meeting link visibility is read-only; changes to candidate registration status immediately reflect on the candidate self-service page without manual intervention.
