Monitor and schedule Risk Management jobs

Redwood Platform

Use the Monitor Jobs page to find and follow jobs that run in Risk Management. Search and filter jobs by status, run by, submission date, and job type, and sort the list by submission date. Each job run appears as a row, and the page refreshes when a new job starts.

Select a job name to open its details in a panel drawer. Review its status, run duration, start and end dates, and information that applies to that job type. For jobs that start related work, review the parent job and its subjobs, including the status of each job.

Use the Scheduling page to review schedules for jobs that support schedule updates. When available, select Run Now to start an auto-scheduled job on demand.

Business benefit

Monitor job processing, investigate outcomes, and manage supported schedules from a single place. This visibility helps teams respond more quickly to failed or delayed work and maintain predictable background processing.

Steps to enable and configure

To navigate to this feature:

  1. From the Fusion Applications Newsfeed home page, open Risk Management.
  2. Select Monitor Jobs and Scheduling module.

For data source jobs that require an initial schedule, create the schedule in Risk Data Sources. After the schedule is established, update it from the Scheduling page when the job supports schedule updates.

Tips and considerations

  • Job statuses include queued, in progress, completed, failed, canceled, and completion-with-warning or completion-with-error outcomes.
  • Some jobs are scheduled daily by default.
  • Auto-scheduled jobs are system jobs delivered to support specific Risk Management features.
  • Auto-scheduled job schedules can't be updated. When available, authorized users can select Run Now to run an auto-scheduled job on demand.
  • Some jobs are on-demand only and can't be scheduled.
  • Users can cancel only the jobs they initiated.
