Enabling Assembly Items
Before you can create and use assembly items, an administrator must enable the Assembly Items and Inventory features.
To enable the Assembly Items and Inventory features:

Go to Setup > Company > Setup Tasks > Enable Features (Administrator).

Click the Items & Inventory subtab.

Check the Assembly Items box.

Check the Inventory box.

Click Save.
