One-to-Many Transaction Matches
The Intelligent Transaction Matching feature automatically creates matches through the system or custom matching rules. For any remaining unmatched transactions, you can manually create matches.
Sometimes, you can match one imported transaction with multiple transactions in the NetSuite general ledger account.
There may be no clear reference to match, but you can still create a match.
For example, you may group two NetSuite transactions with several matching fields and compare their sum to a single amount in the imported statement. Make sure no other match is possible—even if the date is two business days before or after—since there’s no unique reference between the two sides.
