Viewing and Downloading Cleared Checks
The Intelligent Payment Automation SuiteApp lets you request and download images of cleared checks processed through BILL. With this feature, you can access check records for reconciliation and audit purposes.
In the payment record, you can view the Sent Date and Check Number of cleared checks processed through BILL. You can also view and download images of cleared checks with a Paid status.
To view or download a cleared check:

Go to Intelligent Payment Automation > Payment Dashboard > View.

If you use OneWorld:

The Subsidiary Dashboard opens. Click Enabled.

In the Actions column, click View to open the Payment Dashboard for the selected subsidiary.
If you do not use OneWorld, the Payment Dashboard opens directly.

On the left pane of the navigation drawer, select Payments and Vendors, and then, select Payments.

On the Payments page, in the Reference No. column, click the reference number of the check you want to download.

To view the check, on the Bill Payment page, click View Check.
The image displays in another window, so make sure you turn off the popup blocker in your browser.

To download the check you are viewing, click the download or the save icon.
