If the orders NetSuite Connector sends to NetSuite show the wrong shipping tax amount, it's usually because the NetSuite Connector SuiteApp isn't installed.

If the issue doesn't go away after installing the NetSuite Connector SuiteApp, contact NetSuite Customer Support.
