Troubleshooting hidden or not editable ccApproved Field on Order Form Error
This error indicates NetSuite Connector tried to set the ccApproved field, but NetSuite is reporting that the write failed. There can be two potential causes for this failure:

Payment instruments is enabled – If you have the Payment Instruments feature enabled in NetSuite, then the solution is to clear the ccApproved box.

Field not set to be visible on the form – The ccApproved field is not set to be visible on the form that NetSuite Connector uses for your orders. By default, this form is the preferred form for sales orders or cash sales, but you can configure NetSuite Connector to use a different form. To resolve this error, set the ccApproved field to be visible.
Setting the ccApproved Field to be Visible
Set the ccApproved field to visible from the transaction form that you use for syncing.
To set the ccApproved field to visible:

Go to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms.

Locate the form NetSuite Connector uses to post orders and on that form row, click Edit.
The transaction form page opens.

Click the Sublists subtab.

In the Sublists subtab, click the Billing subtab.

On the Payment row, check the Show box.

Click the Screen Fields subtab.

In the Screen Fields subtab, click the Billing:Payment subtab.

On the Credit Card Approved row, check the Show box.

Click Save.
The ccApproved field is used only for orders that are paid using credit card. Orders paid using other payment methods such as cash will not display this field in the payment information.
