Rebates Applied to Transactions
The Rebates and Trade Promotions SuiteApp offers complete flexibility in managing which rebate deal gets applied to an item on a sales transaction.
NetSuite lets you apply rebates in two ways:

Best Deal on Rebates – By default, the system automatically selects the rebate agreement with the highest rebate amount and applies it to the line items.

Manually Selecting a Rebate – You can override the system-suggested best deal and manually select which rebate to apply through the Applicable Rebates pop-up window from the transaction record.
Additionally, you can choose to use rebates from the latest version of an agreement or from the version that is applicable for the transaction date.
The system selects a new best deal if the previous best deal is no longer the highest applicable rebate amount for an item.
