Support for Simplified System Registration for CAS Users
Starting 2021, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) RDO/LT Offices will issue an Acknowledgement Certificate (AC) to companies or businesses that registered and submitted complete documentary requirements for using Computerized Accounting Systems (CAS). This is based on BIR Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 5-2021, which simplifies the process to register and authorize the use of CAS by companies.
The Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp provides fields that support the changes, allowing you to select the document obtained from the BIR for use of CAS and enter other relevant details of the selected CAS document. For more information, see Specifying Acknowledgment Certificate Details on Printed Philippines Documents.
In compliance with BIR requirements, the details of the Acknowledgement Certificate you've entered will be displayed in the footer of Philippines documents such as receipts or invoices, when you print them.
