Reopening a Closed Sales Order
If you accidentally close a sales order, you can reopen it if it hasn't been billed or fulfilled yet.
There are two ways to reopen the sales order:

add a new line
-
reopen a closed line
To reopen a closed line:

On the sales order record, click Edit.

On the closed line, scroll right until you can see the Closed column.

Click on the word Yes.
A checked box appears.

Click on the box to clear it.

Click Save.
The status of the sales order changes to Pending Fulfillment or Partially Fulfilled.
