Netherlands Localization Overview
The Netherlands Localization SuiteApp provides the following features:

Tax reports – Compatible only with NetSuite accounts where the SuiteTax feature is enabled. This feature requires the Tax Reporting Framework SuiteApp.

XML Auditfile Financieel (XAF) – Enables you to generate the XAF, the tax audit file required in the Netherlands, with or without the SuiteTax feature. For more information, see Netherlands XAF.

Work-related costs reporting – Enables you to categorize, organize, and monitor your taxable and tax-exempted allowances and benefits under the Netherlands work-related costs scheme or werkkostenregeling (WKR). For more information, see Netherlands Work-Related Costs Report.

Electronic bank payment templates – Originally provided by the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp. Using these templates still require the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp.

Payment Formats in Netherlands Localization
You can pay vendor bills, employee expenses, customer refunds, and partner commissions using the bank payment templates that the Netherlands Localization SuiteApp provides in the following formats:

The Netherlands Localization SuiteApp only provides the payment templates. The bank processing capabilities are handled by the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp. Setting up bank records for your company, subsidiaries, vendors, employees, customers, and partners in the Netherlands is necessary.
