Create a project record |
In Sequential Liability, a project record is required.
Note:
You can only view payable and receivable balances and details when A/P and A/R transactions are tied to a project. |
(Optional) Enter vendor credits |
Enter vendor credits against the vendor bill. A vendor credit transaction shows credits from the vendor that can be applied towards your payable account. |
|
Enter customer invoices |
Enter customer invoices or receivable transactions for the project. |
|
(Optional) Issue credit memo |
Issue a credit memo against a customer invoice. You may need to issue a credit memo to reverse a charge invoiced to a customer. |
|

|

Note:
The Sequential Liability custom portlet is only available for Accounting Center roles, such as financial users in the organization. Roles that do not belong in the Accounting Center, such as consultants, cannot set up the Sequential Liability custom portlet. |
