Upgrading from the SuiteApp Marketplace
You can upgrade SuiteApps installed on your account when a new version is available. You can only upgrade SuiteApps that are shared to your account and support your NetSuite version. Upgrading a SuiteApp gives you new customizations and settings that might be useful for your organization.
For managed SuiteApps, upgrades are handled by the publisher or solution provider. Upgrades are pushed automatically, and you can’t manually start the upgrade. The Upgrade action isn’t available for managed SuiteApps.
To upgrade a SuiteApp from the SuiteApp Marketplace:

Go to SuiteApps.

From the list, find the SuiteApp that you want to upgrade, and click its tile. The SuiteApp details page appears.

In the top right of the SuiteApp details page, click one of these actions:

Upgrade (for SDF SuiteApps)

View SuiteApp (for SuiteApp Bundles)
You might see a choice of SuiteApp versions if:

There are two released versions of the SuiteApp, and both support your current NetSuite version.

Both available versions are newer than the SuiteApp version you currently have installed.
The upgrade installation process begins.
Installation of a SuiteApp may take some time.

Important:Although SuiteApp bundles are listed in the SuiteApp Marketplace, you must upgrade them from the Bundle Details page. When viewing a SuiteApp bundle on the SuiteApp details page, click View SuiteApp to view and upgrade it from the Bundle Details page. For more information, see Installing a Bundle.
