Suiteprocurement SuiteApp version 2.0 includes the following enhancements:

• Creating Requisitions

  You can now create requisitions before creating a purchase order. After adding items to the cart, you can check out to create a requisition. You can also send requisitions for approval. Note that creating a requisition is optional and you can directly create a purchase order also.

  To use requisitions, ensure that you have Advanced Procurement provisioned in your account.

• Adding Non-Curated Vendors

• You can now add non-curated trading partners from your OBN account. To use this functionality, ensure that you have Advanced Procurement provisioned in your account.

• Procuring Items from Amazon Canada

  You can now procure items from Amazon Canada using the SuiteProcurement SuiteApp.

SuiteProcurement SuiteApp version 1.5.2 now supports credit memos. You can initiate the return process through the trading partner portal. When this process from the trading partner and NetSuite is completed, you can use the bill credits. The system automatically associates a bill credit to the bill, or you can manually do so depending on the bill's status.
