Assigning Jobs for Pre-Configured Wage Agreements

In the preconfigured agreement classifications, you can assign jobs that will trigger the rules and rates of that classification to apply. Employees who punch in with this job can be assigned a higher level of classification, or higher duties, and paid the corresponding rates.

Employees will never be moved down to a lower level classification, so only employees who have a base classification of level 1 or below will trigger this change.

To assign jobs for pre-configured wage agreements:

  1. Go to Workforce Management.

  2. Go to Setup > Wage.

  3. On the upper right corner, check the Include inactive agreements box.

  4. Click the agreement. Click the Classifications subtab.

  5. Click the Classifications subtab.

  6. On the classifications list, select a classification.

  7. Click Availability.

  8. From the Available Choices panel on the left, select the job that will trigger the classification.

    If you want to select all jobs, click Choose All. To move your selections to the Chosen Items panel on the right, click the blue right arrow symbol in the middle of the panels.

    If you want to clear your selected items, click Clear All.

  9. Click Save.
