AI Readiness
Clear and complete descriptions improve the NetSuite CPQ AI Assistant’s ability to deliver meaningful responses.
On the CPQ AI Assistant subtab, an Overall Readiness indicator is displayed with one of the following values:

Ready – The product or service configuration is complete for NetSuite CPQ AI Assistant use. Configuration with AI support is enabled.

Not Ready – One or more required AI descriptions are incomplete or don't meet readiness criteria. The product or service can still be configured manually, but the NetSuite CPQ AI Assistant is not available.
The NetSuite CPQ AI Assistant is only available for products that are fully set up and have an overall AI readiness status of Ready. Each AI description field (product, question, and answer) has its own readiness status. You can write these descriptions yourself or use Text Enhance to generate or improve the AI description.
