Expiring Documents

WFM has a notification system that is able to inform you when an employee has expiring documents.

A notification will appear on the top right corner of your screen, just click on the icon to view it.

Setting Up Expiring Documents Notifications

To set up an automatic notification system for an employee's expiring documents you need to go to Setup > Notifications. From here, you can go to the "Expiring Document" tab.

From here you have a range of optional settings to set. The first option is whether you would like WFM to send you an automatic reminder, choose this option if you want a reminder for an employee's expiring document (it is still important to complete the rest of the setup page as this information may still be applicable to managers).

You will then be given the option to choose how many days before the employee's documents expire to receive a notification, as well as an option to send a reminder on the day. The last section focuses on which managers will be informed of the expiring documents; you firstly have the option to make it so that only the managers that have primary control over the employee will receive a notification. If you wish for other employees to know about this, then you can also include them.
