Uninstalling the Intelligent Payment Automation SuiteApp
To ensure uninterrupted payment processing through BILL for all subsidiaries, you should keep the SuiteApp installed.
If you uninstall the SuiteApp:

You won't be able to use this SuiteApp to process payments through BILL for all subsidiaries.

Any payments which are pending approval and yet to be submitted are not processed.

Data related funding bank accounts, payment runs, payment statuses and audit logs of payment processing, and any data related to the SuiteApp is lost.
Before you uninstall the SuiteApp, be sure to complete the off-boarding procedures. See Off-Boarding Accounts with BILL.
To uninstall the SuiteApp:

Go to Customization > SuiteCloud Development > Installed SuiteApp List.

In the line that has the App ID, com.NetSuite.onlineapppayments, click Settings > Uninstall.
