What should I do if I want to access an older Virtual Card billing statement that is not available on the Payment Automation dashboard?
You can view, download, and print your Virtual Card statements from your Payment Automation dashboard for the last six months. The Program Administrator can request a paper copy of the statement older than six months to be mailed to the company’s billing address. To raise the request for a paper copy of the statement, call 1-800-411-9264 to reach a Virtual Card support specialist.
