Initiating a Non-Fraud Virtual Card Payment Dispute
What should I do if I want to initiate a Virtual Card non-fraud dispute because I have a disagreement on the goods, services, or both, received with the recipient of the payment?
Contact your supplier to review the items in dispute. If you are unable to resolve the issue, call 1-800-411-9264, where you will be directed to a Virtual Card support specialist who can conduct a formal investigation on your behalf.
