Manufacturing Scheduler Dashboard

The Manufacturing Scheduler page shows the work order data associated with a work center. You can watch the current status of the manufacturing operations that are mapped to a work order. Each status of an operation is represented with color coding. The chart contains a data grid that shows the task bars representing the work schedule that is planned in an operation.

Operation View Filter

Enables selection of the default or custom view

Add View

Add a new custom view

This option appears when you are on default view. After you created a custom view, you will see Edit View option.

Copy View

Copy an existing custom view attributes that can be used to create a new custom view

Work View options

Switch between the work view: Work Center or Work Order

Expand All/Collapse All

Displays all or hides all operations within a work center or work order

Time Period

Change the time period to see the relevant data on the chart: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly

Date Range

Displays the start and end date of a time period

 

Date Range icons (Forward arrow and backward pointing arrows)

Moves the start date from the previous or next date

Pagination

Select the preferred number of work orders or work centers to display on the Manufacturing Scheduler page-left pane

 

Page Range icons (Forward and backward icons)

Displays the previous or next page

 

Page Count

Displays the total number of pages

Search Work Center

Enables searching of a work center

Chart Header

Displays the specific day, week, or month within the current date range

Manufacturing Operation

Displays the list of operations within a work center or work order

Summary Bar

Represents all operations on the chart assigned to a work center or work order

Task Bar

Represents a specific operation on the chart

Legend

Provides a short description of each color on the summary and task bar

Operation Details

Displays the operation details such as assembly item, start and end dates, and operation sequence.
