Bulk Uploading Locations in WFM
In Workforce Management (WFM), you can upload locations in bulk using a CSV file.
To upload locations in bulk in WFM:

Go to Setup > Locations.

On the top right section, click Bulk Actions. Click Uploader.

On the Location uploader page, click the brand associated with the locations.

To download a template of the CSV file, click Template.

Format your locations according to the downloaded template.

Drag and drop the formatted CSV file in the upload space at the bottom of the page.
The page updates with the mapping and preview of the bulk upload.

On the Header Mappings section, check that the items in the File Header column match those in the WFM header column as you intended.

On the Mapping Preview section, review that the data fall under the correct headers.

On the Upload options section, check the boxes that apply to your upload. Click Upload.
A confirmation page appears.

Understand and check all the boxes and click Upload.
A summary window appears showing the counts for the successfully or failed data changes.
If there are errors in the upload, click Errors. A window appears to help you troubleshoot failed updates.
Important:To comply with the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), devices in Illinois locations may not be used to capture biometric data through fingerprint scanning.
All devices in the Illinois locations must be set to use only pin codes to authorize, otherwise, the location will not be updated.
To view device settings, log in to Workforce Management. Go to Setup > Time Clock. From the Activated Devices subtab, click the device name associated with the location. On the Options page of the wizard, from the Authenticate by field, select PIN only as the authentication method.

Click Done.
