Deactivating a Location in WFM
Deactivating a Location is a simple process, firstly you will need to go to Setup > Locations and then select the Location you want to deactivate. For this example, Glenelg has been closed and needs to be deactivated.
in the Location's screen, go down to the "Deactivate" button at the bottom of the screen and click.
Now all you have to do is confirm that you want to deactivate your Location, you will be prompted with a warning.
Reactivating a Location
After a Location has been deactivated you can simply choose to restore it anytime you need. All you need to do is select the "Include deactivated units" checkbox when you're in the "Setup > Locations" page. A list of all of the deactivated locations will show up with an option to restore them. Select the "inactive" button to continue.
You will be prompted with a warning message. Hit the "Restore (Location name)" button to continue.
