Setting Engineering Change Order Preference
You can manually implement approved engineering change orders, or allow the system to do it automatically using a preference.
To enable the engineering change order preference:

Go to Transactions > Management > Supply Chain Management.

On the Supply Chain Management page, click the Preferences link.

On the Supply Chain Preferences page, click Edit.

On the Engineering subtab, check the Implement Engineering Change Order Upon Final Approval box.

Click Save.
