Account Concurrency Monitoring Resources
To find information about your account concurrency limits and concurrent usage, check the following resources.
When your account is moved to a new data center built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), usage logs will start to be collected on OCI only. After your account and your logs are moved to OCI, inaccurate values will be displayed about concurrency usage for a period of 30 days. The displayed values will not be calculated from data from the last 30 days, but from data that is stored since the date of the move. Consequently, the data about concurrency usage displayed in the Peak Concurrency, Rejected Requests, Total Requests, and Rejected Requests Ratio fields at Setup > Integration > Integration Management > Integration Governance can be inaccurate. Similarly, the APM web services performance dashboard can contain inaccurate data. After 30 days, the correct concurrency usage data will be shown again.
-
The Integration Governance page, available at Setup > Integration > Integration Management > Integration Governance displays information about whether account concurrency governance is enabled in your account, and also contains information about the account concurrency limit and the number and ratio of total and rejected requests.
-
The SOAP Web Services Execution Log and SOAP Web Services Usage Log contain information about the requests that were rejected due to a violation of concurrency governance limits. For information about accessing the logs, see SOAP Web Services Execution Log and Using the SOAP Web Services Usage Log.
-
The results of a SOAP web services operations search also contain information about web services operations that are rejected due to concurrency violation. For more information, see SOAP Web Services Operations Search Type.
-
The Application Performance Management (APM) SuiteApp includes a web services performance dashboard. You can use this dashboard to monitor SOAP web services record processing and the status of SOAP web services operations, and to find out details about the operations that were rejected. For more information, see Application Performance Management (APM). For information about monitoring SOAP web services operations using APM, see Analyzing Web Services Performance.
-
The Application Performance Management (APM) SuiteApp also includes a Concurrency Monitor tool. You can use the Concurrency Monitor tool to monitor web services and RESTlet integrations with respect to your account concurrency limits. This dashboard enables you to view and optimize the scheduling of your integrations so that you can optimize the usage of your SuiteCloud plus licenses. The dashboard also shows you your exceeded concurrency data to help you decide if you need to add SuiteCloud Plus licenses to enhance your performance. For more information, see Application Performance Management (APM). For more information about the Concurrency Monitor tool, see Monitoring Web Services and RESTlet Concurrency.
For information about viewing rejected RESTlet requests, see Viewing a List of Script Execution Logs.
