Accounts Receivable Reports for Brazil (Brazilian Hub SuiteApp)
The following custom accounts receivable reports are available for Brazil:
Receivables Aging Report for Brazil
The receivables aging report summarizes the amounts posted in your company’s Accounts Receivable accounts. The information is grouped by customer and chronological period, and separated in 30-day intervals.
The report’s columns divide the receivable amounts in the current period and by 30, 60, 90, and more than 90 days. The lines display the amounts for each customer with whom your company has recorded transactions.
You can use the receivables aging report to assess your company’s payment expectations.
To view the receivables aging report for Brazil:

Go to Reports > Saved Searches > Aging Contas a Receber.

Expand the search filters at the top of the page.

In the Subsidiária field, select the subsidiary to filter the list by its receivable amounts.

In the Cliente field, select a customer to filter the amounts due by this customer.

In the From field, enter or select the start date to filter the receivable amounts.

In the To field, enter or select the end date to filter the receivable amounts.
Receivable Installments Report for Brazil
The receivable installments report shows installments your company has received or will receive from customers. The report’s columns contain information about the installments, such as origin transactions, expiration dates, amounts, and current status.
The receivable installments report can be used to:

Trace installments due by your customers

Verify the installments’ status

Verify the paid amounts
To view the receivable installments report for Brazil, go to BRHub > Financeiro > Parcelas a Receber.
The receivable installments report is a saved search. If you are an administrator, you can customize the report’s display filters using different parameters. For more information, see Selecting Available Filters for Saved Searches.
