NetSuite Analytics Warehouse Basics
To work with data transferred to the Analytics Warehouse, go to Setup > Integration > Configuration and click the link Log in to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse. Your "Welcome to Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse" email also contains a direct link to the service.

Sandbox Refresh Impact on NetSuite Analytics Warehouse
When you refresh a sandbox account, production data is copied over and the old sandbox content is overwritten. Before every sandbox refresh, ensure you back up your NetSuite Analytics Warehouse configuration by saving all relevant bundles and exporting or documenting any custom configurations.
To avoid compatibility issues or unexpected problems, be sure that your sandbox and your production NetSuite account versions match. For example, if the version of your NetSuite sandbox account with Analytic Warehouse instance is 24.1 and you try to refresh it with a 24.2 NetSuite production account, you may lose data.
After you refresh your sandbox account, you may lose the connection to your NetSuite Analytics Warehouse instance. To reestablish the connection, submit a support ticket with the necessary details.
