Browser Cache or UI Caching Prevents Field Updates for Dependent Dropdown Lists
Issue:
After changes to field setup, dropdown filtering doesn’t reflect recent updates or old options continue to display.
What to Check:

Have you cleared your browser cache?

Have you tried accessing the form in a private/incognito window or after a full logout/login?
How to Fix:

Clear your browser cache and cookies.

Try the form in a private/incognito window.

If changes still aren’t showing, log out of NetSuite and back in.

If needed, resave the related fields and record types.
