Expiration and additional NetSuite AI Units
NetSuite AI Units are available throughout the applicable NetSuite subscription term. Unused units do not carry over to a new term and are not refunded or credited toward other NetSuite Cloud Services.
Additional NetSuite AI Units may be purchased as an organization's adoption grows or new AI use cases emerge. Available add-on packages include:
