Non-production accounts
AI Unit consumption is tracked separately for production, sandbox, development, and preview accounts.
Each sandbox receives a separate AI Unit pool corresponding to the AI Unit pool of its connected production account. NetSuite AI Units cannot be shared among separate sandbox accounts or transferred between a sandbox and the production account. If a sandbox exhausts its pool, access to AI-powered functionality in that sandbox may be limited until additional NetSuite AI Units are purchased for the connected production account.
Each development account receives a separate allocation of 10,000 NetSuite AI Units for each month of its term, provisioned upfront. These units are available only within the associated development account and cannot be transferred to production or another account. Additional NetSuite AI Units are not currently available for purchase for development accounts.
