How to Enable and Configure SuiteCommerce CAPTCHA

You must log in to NetSuite with an Administrator role to configure and manage SuiteCommerce CAPTCHA.

To enable and configure SuiteCommerce CAPTCHA:

  1. In NetSuite, go to Commerce > Websites > Configuration.

  2. Select your website and domain, then click Configure.

  3. Go to the Integrations tab and click the CAPTCHA Settings subtab.

  4. Choose where CAPTCHA challenges appear on your web store. The options are:

    • Enable for Registration: Check this box to require customers to complete a CAPTCHA challenge when creating a new account.

    • Enable for Login: Check this box to require customers to complete a CAPTCHA challenge during login.

    • Enable for Guest Checkout: Check this box to require customers to complete a CAPTCHA challenge when checking out as a guest.

    • Enable for Place Order:: Check this box to require customers to complete a CAPTCHA challenge before completing an order at checkout.

  5. From CAPTCHA Provider, choose your CAPTCHA provider (Google reCAPTCHA v2 or hCaptcha).

  6. In Site Key, enter the public key from your CAPTCHA provider.

  7. In Secret Key, enter your private key’s ID which is stored in the API Secrets area of NetSuite. To enter a secret key or view the ID, see Creating Secrets.

  8. Click Save.
