What Happens When a Blocked Domain is Used?

When a customer uses a blocked email domain, the following occurs:

  • NetSuite checks the domain against a combined list taken from the following:

    • Your custom blocklist

    • NetSuite’s predefined blocklist

  • An on-screen message informs the customer that they can't proceed using that email and that they should try again with one from a different provider
