Disabling the Advanced Revenue Management in Configuration Mode Feature

After completing your configuration of Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) features, you can disable the ARM in Configuration Mode feature. When you disable this feature, all subsequently created transactions are processed using ARM (Essentials) and ARM (Revenue Allocation), if enabled. For more information about these features, see Advanced Revenue Management (Essentials) and (Revenue Allocation).

Warning:

Contact your sales or account representative before disabling ARM in Configuration Mode. The assistance of NetSuite Professional Services or a qualified NetSuite partner is required to implement Advanced Revenue Management (Essentials).

To disable Advanced Revenue Management in Configuration Mode

  1. Go to Setup > Company > Setup Tasks > Enable Features.

  2. Click the Accounting subtab, and clear the Advanced Revenue Management in Configuration Mode box.

  3. Click Save.

Exercise caution before disabling the ARM in Configuration Mode feature. You cannot enable ARM in Configuration Mode after disabling it.

If you disable ARM (Essentials) or ARM (Revenue Allocation) while ARM in Configuration Mode is enabled, then ARM in Configuration Mode is automatically disabled. Disabling ARM (Essentials) or ARM (Revenue Allocation) while ARM in Configuration Mode is enabled deletes all the configurations for the corresponding feature.
