Malaysia Electronic Invoicing Scope and Limitations

Consider the following scope, limitations, and best practices for using the Malaysia Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp.

The scope of the SuiteApp is:

• You can use the Malaysia Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp only for the following transactions:

  • Credit Memo

  • Cash Refund

  • Debit Note

  • Invoice

  • Self-billed Credit Note

  • Self-billed Debit Note

  • Self-billed Invoice (Vendor Bills)

• You can use the SuiteApp for companies in Malaysia only.

The limitations of the SuiteApp are:

• The following Item types are not supported:

  • Group

  • Gift Certificate

  • Payment

  • Subtotal

  • Header Level Discount

• Using tax groups on invoice and credit memo is not supported.

• SuiteTax is not supported.

• Withholding (WHT) Tax is not supported.
