Transferring Custom and Supplemental Fields to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse
In NetSuite, you can create custom fields to enhance the standard records and transactions provided by NetSuite and record information specific to your business needs. When you transfer your NetSuite data to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, only some of the standard NetSuite fields are transferred. To transfer your custom fields and the supplemental standard fields, you need to do it manually in the data transfer setup page. This procedure is essential to ensure that you can work with all your NetSuite data in NetSuite Analytics Warehouse and create the most accurate data visualizations for your business.
To transfer custom and supplemental fields data to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse:

Go to the data transfer page. For more information, see Setting Up the Data Transfer.

On the data transfer setup page, click the Edit icon
next to the functional area from which you want to transfer custom or supplemental fields.Note:For functional areas that are not active, click the Select data for transfer button on the data transfer setup page. Then, activate the functional area by clicking the switch button next to it and click Next.

In the Custom Fields tab, select the custom fields that you want to transfer by checking the box next to the field.

In the Supplemental Fields tab, select the supplemental standard fields that you want to transfer by checking the box next to the field.
Note:Use the search bar and filters to simplify the selection process, especially when dealing with extensive field lists. Transferring both custom and supplemental fields is optional, choose the specific data types as per your requirements.

Click Next.

Review the data you want to transfer by checking the fields selected to ensure accuracy in your data transfer process.

Click Transfer Data.
Note:The data transfer starts 20 minutes after clicking Transfer Data.
