Customizable Skill Level Descriptions
Add descriptions to skill levels to help your resource managers assign the right competency level to each resource.
You can point to a skill on the consolidated resource profile, to view a skill description panel including a general description and a description of the competency level selected for that skill. To view the description for another competency level, point to that competency level on the skill description panel.

To add descriptions for competency levels:

Go to Administration > Application Settings > Resources > [Select a category]. Select a category which contains skills and skill levels, such as “Education” or “Language”.
The list for the selected category appears.

Click a skill name. The skill entity form appears.

Under the Attribute descriptions section, enter a description for each competency level.

Click Save.
