Exchange Integration Manager Registry Settings

Warning:

Support for Exchange Integration Manager (EIM) will end on January 13, 2026. After this date, you will not receive any updates, issue fixes, or customer support for EIM.

Effective October 1, 2026, you may not be able to use EIM to integrate SuiteProjects Pro with Exchange Online. The EIM installer and all access to SuiteProjects Pro from EIM may be removed in future.

If your organization uses the EIM desktop application to integrate SuiteProjects Pro with Exchange Online or Exchange Server, switch to an alternative solution before October 1, 2026. For more information, see End of Support for Exchange Integration Manager.

Additional configuration settings are available in the Windows Registry.

The following registry keys are available to set the time delay (in seconds) between one synchronization loop and the next.

The following registry key is available to set the maximum size for the Exchange Integration Engine log file.

The following registry key is available to set the number of simultaneous processes used to autodiscover the correct Exchange Web Services endpoint for Exchange users configured for integration.

To edit Exchange Integration Manager Registry Settings

  1. Open the Windows Run command (shortcut: Win + R).

  2. Enter regedit and click OK.

    A confirmation dialog appears.

  3. Click Yes.

  4. The Registry Editor opens.

  5. Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\OpenAir\ExchangeManager.

  6. For each key you want to edit:

    1. Double-click the name of the key. A window appear letting you edit the value.

    2. Enter the value data.

    3. Click OK.

  7. Go to File > Exit to exit the Registry Editor.

Important:

Care should be taken when editing the Registry. You should not change any other settings than those listed above.
