Field Mapping

The information exchanged for each record is determined by the field mapping definitions for the relevant integration workflow.

• The NetSuite record Internal ID is always mapped to a custom field created on the SuiteProjects Pro record. This mapping is used to match a specific NetSuite record to a specific SuiteProjects Pro record. See Integrated Records and Records Marked for Integration

• Default field mapping definitions are provided for available for each integration workflow. Default field mapping definitions can be changed or disabled to meet your unique business requirements. The default mapping definitions are available as part of the reference information for each integration workflow under Importing Data From NetSuite Into SuiteProjects Pro and Exporting Data From SuiteProjects Pro to NetSuite.

• Any NetSuite fields exposed by the NetSuite communication endpoint or any custom fields created on the NetSuite record can be mapped to any SuiteProjects Pro field listed in the SuiteProjects Pro Data Dictionary or custom field associated with the SuiteProjects Pro record type.
