Connecting Exchange Integration Manager with your SuiteProjects Pro account

You must connect Exchange Integration Manager with your SuiteProjects Pro account before you can use it to exchange information between SuiteProjects Pro and Exchange.

You must provide the sign-in details of a SuiteProjects Pro account administrator to set up and run the SuiteProjects Pro <> Exchange integration.

To connect Exchange Integration Manager with your SuiteProjects Pro account

  1. In SuiteProjects Pro Exchange Integration Setup, go to Options > Account Settings

  2. Enter your Company ID, User ID, and Password. You must be an account administrator to.

  3. (Optional) Check the Remember password box to store your SuiteProjects Pro credentials on this computer. When checked, the password is encrypted using industry standard security measures and stored on your computer. You will not need to enter your password again to run the SuiteProjects Pro <> Exchange integration unless you change your password in SuiteProjects Pro.

  4. Account URL — Enter the URL for your SuiteProjects Pro Account. For more information, see Your Account URLs.

    Note:

    Usage of the generic domain www.openair.com or www.netsuitesuiteprojectspro.com for integrations and add-on services is no longer supported.

  5. Click OK.
