Use monitored fields
This setting is available only if the SuiteProjects Pro SRP Integration (Bundle ID 369637) bundle version 2.04 or later is installed in your NetSuite account.
Clear this box to turn off the Monitored Fields feature for all import workflows supporting the feature.
Depending on the version of the SuiteProjects Pro SRP Integration bundle installed in your NetSuite account, the following import workflows use the Monitored Fields feature. For more information about the Monitored Fields feature, see Monitored Fields.

The Monitored Fields feature is enabled by default because it significantly speeds up the integration for supported import workflows.
You should keep the Monitored Fields feature enabled unless you have any customization in your NetSuite account that prevent the integration from working as expected with the Monitored Fields feature enabled. If you have any customization in your NetSuite account that changes one of the monitored fields after the record is updated, for example, the record is not included automatically in the next import.
Clearing this box will result in performance degradation for import workflows supporting the Monitored Fields feature.
It is possible to turn off the Monitored Fields feature for project imports only and keep the feature enabled for other supported import workflows. To do so, contact SuiteProjects Pro Support. For an example of scenario when this may be required, see Additional Field Mappings under Projects (Projects) Import Field Mapping Definition.
