Install and Configure the Recipe

On your Oracle Integration instance, install the recipe to deploy and configure the integration and associated resources.

Install the recipe on your Oracle Integration instance. See Install a Recipe or Accelerator.

After you've installed the recipe, configure the following resources:

Configure the Oracle B2C Service Connection

  1. In the Connections section, click the connection name.
  2. In the Properties section, specify the WSDL to use. See Prerequisites for Creating a Connection in Using the Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) Adapter with Oracle Integration 3.
  3. In the Security section, enter the following details:
    Field Information to Enter
    Security Policy Select Username Password Token.
    Username Enter the username to connect to the Oracle B2C Service instance. See Prerequisites for Creating a Connection in Using the Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) Adapter with Oracle Integration 3.
    Password Enter the password to connect to the Oracle B2C Service instance.
  4. Click Save. If prompted, click Save again.
  5. Click Test to ensure that your connection is successfully configured. In the resulting dialog, click Test again.

    A message confirms if your test is successful.

  6. To return to the project workspace, click Go back Back icon.

Configure the Oracle Field Service Cloud Connection

  1. In the Connections section, click the connection name.
  2. In the Properties section, enter the following details:
    Field Information to Enter
    Field Service API URL

    Enter the URL used to connect to your application and process requests.

    For production, the URL is https://api.etadirect.com. For development and testing, use the URL provided by Oracle when your Oracle Field Service Cloud instance is provisioned.

    Instance ID

    Enter the instance ID.

    The instance ID is provided by Oracle when your Oracle Field Service Cloud instance is provisioned.

  3. In the Security section, enter the following details:
    Field Information to Enter
    Security Policy Select Basic Authentication or Client Credentials.
    Username and Password If you selected Basic Authentication as security policy, then enter the username and password to access the destination web service. See Configure Oracle Field Service Cloud.
    Client Id and Client secret If you selected Client Credentials as security policy, then enter the client Id and password that you obtained. See Configure Oracle Field Service Cloud.
  4. Click Save. If prompted, click Save again.
  5. Click Test to ensure that your connection is successfully configured. In the resulting dialog, click Test again.

    A message confirms if your test is successful.

  6. To return to the project workspace, click Go back Back icon.
