Generate Customer Field Service Report Using AI
The Generate Field Service Report action uses AI to automatically generate a field service report for your customer. AI creates a narrative field service report by analyzing key attributes of the service provided such as labor, spare parts used, and warranty coverage. This feature automatically generates the report by accessing a Large Language Model configured in the EBS Large Language Model (LLM) REST Service.
The following screenshot shows the Report screen where you can request AI for your work summary, by clicking the AI Assist icon.

Steps to Enable
- Navigate to the LLM Administrator and enter the authentication and configuration date for the LLM Service Accounts and Instances.
- Enable the CSM: Enable Gen AI profile option.
- Run the JTM concurrent program for the Lookup parameter.
