Reroute All Emails from One Account to Another

Prior to 12.2.15, each email had to be opened to reroute them individually. This functionality now enables you to reroute emails both individually and in bulk. 
To enable the functionality, navigate to the Supervisor tab and select the emails to be rerouted. Click Reroute.

This feature streamlines email management by enabling bulk rerouting of all emails from one account to another, saving time, reducing errors, and improving operational efficiency for supervisors.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

  • Double-Check Before Rerouting: Ensure that you really want to reroute all emails and the correct email account you want to move in as this is a costly operation.
  • Folder Size Awareness: For folders with very large numbers of emails, bulk route may take a few moments; be patient and avoid interrupting the process
  • InfoDev/skrraj: Please consider the following revision:

Ensure you want to reroute all the selected emails and have selected the correct email account as this is an expensive operation. 
Bulk rerouting may take a few moments for folders with a large number of emails.  Please be patient and avoid interrupting the process.
