Archive and Purge Intragovernmental Requests

The Oracle E-Business Suite G-Invoicing solution now provides a concurrent program, Intragovernmental Requests Archive and Purge, which lets you archive and purge old IGT requests, with configurable parameters of Operating unit, Agency Type, Agency Location Code and date range.

This addresses the federal business requirements of data storage and optimized search performance. Prior to Release 12.2.15, you could not archive and purge IGT requests.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Agencies need to the add the Archive and Purge Requests program to the request group assigned to the responsibility
