Print Agency-Specific Post Award Request (PAR) PDFs using Configurable Custom Data Definitions

Federal agencies can define agency-specific Post Award Request (PAR) data definitions to print PDFs. You can configure custom data definitions for PAR PDFs by adding agency-specific attributes in the data definitions and print those attributes in PAR PDFs.

Oracle CLM enables you to configure custom data definitions for Awards, Solicitations, and IDVs to support agency-specific PDF generation. Even within an agency, based on the Document Style, you can configure PDFs for Awards, IDVs, and respective modifications.

This enhancement supports the same capability for Post Award Request document types.

After you create custom data definitions and custom data templates, you can select a custom data definition (XML) associated with a custom data template (RTF) in the “Document Format Template” field in the “Post Award Request Controls” region of the Document Styles page. The data generated from this XML is merged with RTF to generate the PAR PDF. To generate agency-specific PAR PDF, you can associate a unique custom data template and data definition to each document style.
