Review and Confirm Before Moving a Renewable Learning Certification Class to History

Learners can select the Move to History action when they complete an online class that is part of a renewable learning certification. With Release 12.2.15, Oracle Learning Management displays a message for learners to review and confirm their "Move to History" action. Prior to Release 12.2.15, the application did not display the alert message to the learner while performing the Move to History action.
