Servicing the SP Card (FRU)

The service processor (SP) card runs the embedded server management software, Oracle ILOM. The motherboard-mounted SP card is replaceable. It is located inside at the back end of the server between PCIe slots 6 and 7.

This section describes how to remove and replace the motherboard-mounted SP card.
