What's New 

BEA eLink for Mainframe TCP was formerly called BEA Connect TCP. The new name appears in text throughout the product documentation including screen displays and code listing examples. Both names refer to the same product.

New Product Descriptions

This release of BEA eLink for Mainframe TCP includes the following new features:
  • Alternate data mapping support
  • Code page support for BEA TUXEDO and BEA WebLogic Enterprise 4.2
  • Conversion utility (CNVTISNC) for upgrading Inbound Service Tables on eLink TCP for CICS
  • Handler Configuration screens added on eLink TCP for CICS
  • Support for eLink for Mainframe TCP with BEA WebLogic Enterprise 4.2
  • Support for eLink for Mainframe TCP on Solaris 7
