Distribution List Checkin Dialog

The Distribution List Checkin dialog enables you to manage your email distribution lists. It shows a list of all defined distribution lists for an Oracle WebCenter Content Server instance, and you can add, edit, or delete distribution lists.

Element	Description
Select a server	This list includes all defined Oracle WebCenter Content Server connections on your computer. You can switch between content servers by selecting a different item on the list. Please note that the list of available servers only includes Oracle WebCenter Content Server instances; it does not show any Oracle Content Database servers or other WebDAV servers. If you select a different server than the current one, you may be prompted to provide your login name and password (depending on the server configuration).
	Click this button to open the Edit Server List Dialog, where you can manage your defined content server connections.
Distribution list area	This area lists all defined email distribution lists on the content server. You can select a distribution list and then edit or delete it.
Add	Click this button to open the Edit Distribution List Dialog, where you can define a new distribution list.
Edit	Click this button to open the Edit Distribution List Dialog, where you can edit the selected distribution list.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected distribution list.
Address Book	Click this button to open the Check In Distribution List From Address Book Dialog, where you can check in an email distribution list that is based on an address book of your email application.
Help	Click this button to display context-sensitive help information for this dialog.
Close	Click this button to close this dialog and submit any changes you made.
