BIND 9.18 Added

BIND 9.18 is added as the bind9.18 package.

Note that BIND 9.18 includes significant changes that might make installation and configuration different to BIND 9.16. See https://kb.isc.org/docs/changes-to-be-aware-of-when-moving-from-bind-916-to-918 for more information if you're considering changing from 9.16 to 9.18.

BIND 9.18 is available as a standard application stream with life cycle support described in Oracle Linux: Product Life Cycle Information.

The chrony package is updated with several small improvements, including a new configuration directive, leapseclist, to specify the path to a file containing a list of leap seconds and TAI-UTC offsets in NIST/IERS format, such as the leap-seconds.list file included with the system timezone database.
